I am Laura De Feo, Nutrition & Fitness Coach. I have been practicing nutrition management since 2002 to control my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I am a graduate of the Global Institute for Alternative Medicine, a certified Yoga instructor, and Senior exercise specialist.
